The Townhurst Condominiums are located in the North Tabor neighborhood of Portland, OR, on 52nd Avenue between E Burnside and SE Stark Street. We have 3 single-level buildings consisting of 14 units overall.
The current owners have built a supportive and inclusive community, where individual expression is allowed, whenever possible. For example, each owner chose their own paint color for their front door.
And about half the owners have made choices to remove grass and bushes from the yards in front of their units to:
- Put in seating areas/patios in front which invites community contact and allows us to enjoy being outdoors more, and or to
- Plant fruits, vegetable gardens, small trees and flowers
